Exhibition & Event Manager - Sydney

4 day a week role | Start date Early March 2026

$115-125K pro-rata + Super, based on experience 

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition & Event Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality trade exhibitions and events. 

This position requires a confident, organised and proactive professional with hands-on experience across sales, on-site exhibition operations, and end-to-end event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and delivery of trade exhibitions and industry events, including budgets, floorplan management, supplier coordination and on-site operations
• Manage exhibitor and event relationships, bookings, and sales
• Coordinate event logistics such as timelines, venue liaison, bump-in/bump-out, and contractor management
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all exhibitions and event components
• Prepare event documentation, operational plans, and exhibitor/attendee communications
• Provide leadership and support to on-site teams during events

About You:

• Previous experience managing on-site operations for trade exhibitions is essential
• Strong confident sales skills dealing with exhibitors and industry stakeholders
• Proven background in event management, ideally within the B2B/trade show sector
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
