Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Manage technical services staff

Providing technical and service support to partners and end users;
Managing of customer technical needs;

Overall overseeing of the service activities and services provided;
Review and analyse internal service processes;
Provide strategic advice on service and warranty programmes;
Budget preparation, tracking, and Targets;
Management of ongoing team training requirements and certification in accordance with Japanese KPI’s

Qualifications:

Management skillsets with the ability to manage internal and external personnel
Degree or similar in technical fields or relevant commercial or practical experience, with relevant Roland DG solutions knowledge desirable
Knowledge of Electrical circuitry and or relevant certifications for working with 120+ volts
2+ years of wide-format Printer experience
5+ years of experience in a service management role
Technical organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Customer service focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Ability to analyse and determine improvements by optimising workflows, and eliminating waste.

The owner is planning to progressively step back from their business management role, with a view to retirement in the next year. The successful business manager candidate will be fully supported and trained by the owner during this transition phase. The owner plans to continue in a support role after retirement

This role will give the opportunity to build on the experience and stability of the company, and, through the lens of fresh eyes, develop and shape the future business operation and direction

Key responsibilities

Work within the senior management team in the smooth running of business operations
Develop close “first point of contact” working relationships with existing key accounts

About the Role

We are looking for a talented team member to join our busy Sign Shop to produce all our retail store

signage, wayfinding signs and some vehicle applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with our Sign Shop Manager to achieve the overall signage goals in a fast-

paced environment.

• You will be required to operate the following equipment:

- Roland XC-540 Soljet roll-to-roll printer

- Mimaki JFX-500 flatbed printer

- Zund G3 cutter

• Create artwork based on Signage Requests provided by the Marketing Manager.

• Set-up signage files for print production and finishing including banners, laminating ACM and

PVC, packaging, vinyl installations on vehicles.

Skill Required
